You cant take it with you when you die Eventually, everything in this world will be burned up and replaced with what is perfect (2 Peter 3:10, Revelation 21:1). People who only see value in worldly wealth will find themselves with nothing for eternity. But those who consider the judgment of God with every decision they make will be rewarded in heaven (1 Corinthians 3:11-15). Our mortal minds can not begin to comprehend what God will reward His faithful with in heaven (1 Corinthians 2:9) but we know it will be fantastic (Revelation 21-22). So, with this mind, we should keep an eternal perspective and seek to glorify God in everything we do, "for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also" (Matthew 6:21). But the prerequisite for any investment of eternal value to be laid up in heaven is to first invite Jesus into your life as Savior and Lord, "whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Acts 2:21).
