Every once in a while something happens that reinforces the relevance of the Bible to our lives in the here and now.  Such occasions should cause us to be more diligent to apply biblical principles on the job… 

I was working on a Bible study for my church group August 8^th and had just finished researching the nations referenced in Ezekiel 38 on Wikipedia when I heard the news about Russia invading Georgia.  Wow!  The Bible explains why Georgia must be assimilated into Russia.  Current events are setting the stage for the fulfillment of Ezekiel 38.  If such insight doesn’t light a fire in us to be ready for Lord’s return, nothing will.

You are invited to join in on a discussion that will help us better appreciate the relevance of the Bible to our lives on the job.  As we see current events setting the stage for fulfillment of Bible prophecy, this should cause us to make sure that we are fulfilling the purpose God intended for us.  As Jesus said in Luke 19:13, “do business till I come.”
